Code of Disciplinary Rules and Rituals
01. Arrival
i.Arriving at school before the bell rings.
ii. Adhering to traffic rules while coming/leaving the school and behave in a manner that preserves the dignity of the school.
iii. Daily attendance at school except in case of acute illness and essential work.
iv. In case of absence from the school, submission of a letter signed by the parent/guardian stating the
reasons in the teacher's contact book.
v. Don't get stuck in between arrival and departure of college.
02. Clothing
i. Dressing properly in proper clothes.
ii. Pay special attention to cleanliness. Especially keeping the body, books
and clothes clean.
iii. Students in possession of badges shall wear them without fail.
iv. Not wearing rings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. and other insignias that are not in keeping with student status.
V. Non-wearing of school tie-dye or insignia for other journeys.
03. Conduct
i. To maintain the dignity of the school in a polite and courteous manner inside and outside the school.
ii. Religious rites at the commencement and closing of the school are performed with devotion and restraint.
iii. Walking quietly in line when entering and leaving class and attending lessons
outside the classroom.
iv. Standing up and saluting the teacher when entering and leaving the class.
V. To get the permission of the teacher in charge of the subject if he/she has to
engage in other matters during the classes.
vi. In the classroom, especially in the absence of a teacher, keeping silence as much
as possible and engaging in study activities. Unauthorized absence from classes. (Can
go to the reading hall with permission.)
vii. The canteen can only be accessed before school starts, during breaks, and
if there are no class activities, before and after breaks.
viii. Not taking foreign objects and not removing them from their place even for fun, school grounds,
buildings. Protecting common property like furniture, equipment etc. and keeping them clean.
ix. When an item is found that does not belong to them, hand it over to the
Head Teacher or the Principal.
X. All students, year leaders and student leaders should obey the
teaching staff and follow their orders.
04. Educational activities
i. Attending the scheduled lessons prepared and engaged in them with enthusiasm.
ii. Bringing prescribed books etc.
iii. Keeping the classroom clean and orderly in order to hold a lesson.
iv. In addition to acquiring knowledge in free time, using the library and reading room.
V. Enthusiastic engagement and participation in academic activities (sports, society companies,
aesthetic activities, religious activities, etc.).
Special instructions
i.The notes in this progress report should be written and certified by the respective teachers.
ii. After each test, this progress report should be submitted to the
parents and signed by the Year Teacher.
